The Square IT2 is the newest addition in the line of Booklet Makers by Formax. It is compact in design and is regarded as a highly user-friendly machine. This booklet maker combines two functions in a single pass. The first function is binding and the other function is trimming the face edges. This booklet maker allows the user to choose the amount of pressure on the square fold so that they get their desired square back finish based on the thickness of the booklet.
The Square IT2 booklet maker is included with a powerful trimming blade, these blades work simultaneously from top to bottom in multiple passes and the edges are collected in the waste tray which can be easily accessed for cleaning purposes. This booklet maker accepts a wide range of sizes, ranging from 5” x 8” up to 12.6” x 12.2”. It can process up to 50 folded page booklets of 20# Bond. This booklet maker is known for its high speed, with a processing speed of up to 20,000 booklets per month. It comes with an LCD color touchscreen display, that shows step by step graphic and text instruction for users on how to operate the booklet maker. This function makes it ideal for an operator of any skill level. Users also have an option to save custom settings for future use. It is also included with an automatic belt feel conveyor that keeps the processed booklets in an organized manner.
