Refund policy

The return policy of Paper-Machines is on a Case-to-Case basis as per the issue. In case any damage to the product is noticed, please call us at (800) 992-5279 or write us an email at sales@clarybusinessmachines.com.

All items are to be inspected upon delivery by the customer, and any freight damages are to be marked as 'damaged' on the Bill of Lading (BOL). All returns are subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back.

We kindly ask customers to pack returned products with care, as a refund depends on the product arriving at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was delivered. Once received, our warehouse team completes an inspection, and the refund is released only after the product passes. Products showing damage from improper packaging or customer handling are not eligible for a refund. The Return window (amount of time a customer has to return a product) is 30 days.
