The GBC 3230ST electric punch-stapler system has an amazing punching and stapling capacity of 24 sheets which is quite functional for frequent users. The punching unit has two modes to assist users in every regard. These are the 2 and 3-hole punch modes which means that users can either punch 2 holes at the sheet’s top or 3 equidistant holes on the sides. To further speed up the process and make it accurate, there are alignment guides on the body for both these modes that make sure the holes are centered. A reverse jam knob is also placed on the side which can be used in case sheets jam.

GBC punch stapler system is an added facility. It automatically detects documents and staples them. There is a small light-bulb incorporated into the design to indicate when the pin compartment needs to be refilled.
