The Dahle 472 is a German Engineered commercial grade tool, with the ability to cleanly cut oversize banners, mat board, and fine art paper with the highest level of accuracy. It features a ground rotary blade, and a self-sharpening cutting system that cuts and sharpens in either direction. The high capacity trimmer features a self-sharpening blade that helps ensure a neat, straight and precise cut. The square guide rod holds the paper in proper alignment while the auto clamp keeps it firmly grasped. The cutting surface of Dahle 472 is marked in imperial and metric markings and is supported by a rugged metal base.
