The MBM StitchFold-2 Face Trimmer is an optional trimmer that compliments SF 2 booklet maker. The unit is compatible with SF 2 booklet maker and provides the perfect square booklet that you require. the machine runs without the imperfection registration that occurs naturally. When in connection with the stitch fold 2 the procedure of the booklet goes from the stapling and folding process to the trimmer process releasing the finished booklet into the conveyor. The trimmer has the sheet capacity of 25 sheets and is capable of processing 2400 booklets in an hour.

The MBM StitchFold-2 Face Trimmer has the capability to support various booklet sizes without or with the trim stock. The trimmer can handle minimum of 2 sheets of 20# bond stock and maximum 100 sheets. The paper sizes supported by the StitchFold trimmer are 4 3⁄4" x 8 3⁄4" to 12 11⁄16" x 18 1⁄4" and features jam detection and safety interlock providing users with convenience in every use. The machine is equipped with a control panel and comes with electrical interface for communication.
