However, this warranty does not cover any sort of damage caused due to improper use or mishandling of the unit, including any unexpected event that might be the cause.
Q. How can I get over the problem of an improperly or not trimming unit?
A. If your trimmer is not providing the results specified, stick to the Operation Instructions initially to find the lagging area. If you are unable to counter the problem, consult your dealer for further guidance. In that case, you should have the machine's serial number and the purchase date with you. If the unit requires returning to the distributor, make sure you pack and ship it properly to prevent any damages on its way back, otherwise those damages won’t be covered by the warranty.
